No house parties allowed & strictly no smoking. 3. Please treat the place as your home. 4. Any property or part of the property that is broken or damaged during your stay will be charged to you with corresponding fees. 5. Laundry services is not available. You may contact the host's family for assistance. 6. Housekeeping/ cleaning can be requested at an extra charge 7. Loud noises/music are not encouraged as there are nearby residents. 8. Please note that it is not a hotel, hence, it doesn't offer a 24/7 services. 9. Kindly note that for longer stays of 15 days or more, Guest will shoulder the electricity and water as this is depending on their usage.
