Not respecting the noise ordinance can result in disciplinary actions and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund. The booking guest must sign a renters agreement. The renter's agreement will ask for your home address, phone number(s), & email address. The agreement will be sent to you automatically upon booking, check your spam folder in your email, if it is not there send me a message and I will send you a direct link to the rental agreement that must be read and signed before check-in information will be sent over.
