Newly-built accommodation with a rural location, with horses, chickens and other animals on the property. At Bengtsgården, we rent out a small attic apartment that is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, charger for electric car and balcony in a sunny location. Here you will find a quiet and peaceful accommodation with the forest right next door, but still close to Vetlanda urban area, about 4 km away. Cleaning is not included in the rent, but can be purchased. If cleaning is not done, a cleaning fee of SEK 1,000 will be charged. The space The attic apartment has a slanted roof and open floor plan with a large kitchen and dining area for four. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, washing machine and shower. A sofa corner (with sofa bed) with room for four people in front of a TV equipped with Chromecast. Sleeping alcove with a double bed (140 cm). Baby bed can be arranged if required. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment and free Wi-Fi. Balcony in a sunny location next to the entrance. The accommodation is located next to the host family's house and parking is right next to the entrance, with the possibility of charging an electric car. Guest access You have the entire accommodation for yourselves, but there is a locked space that constitutes private storage. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are available to rent if required. Cleaning is not included, but each guest is responsible for this before check-out. Used bed linens and towels are placed on the floor in the bathroom. All floors are vacuumed and wiped if necessary. All benches, tables and stove must be wiped and the dishes washed or in the dishwasher before check-out. Bathrooms are cleaned and washed with detergents found in the closet in the hall. How the waste sorting works is in the house binder. Returnable packaging is placed in the containers under the sink and we will take care of these after you. Please note that only clean, dry recyclable packaging may be placed in the waste sorting bins. Bring the food you have stored in the refrigerator, freezer and drawers and wipe out the shelves in the refrigerator as well as the drawers you have used before check-out.
