Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space). The space The typical Nordic brick house with natural wood elements, fireplace, garden and sauna invites you to linger and relax. If you want to escape everyday life, spend time in nature and on the North Sea, but at the same time do not want to miss out on strolling in the historic city center, this is the place to be! Since this is my main apartment, it is only available occasionally. The rental is limited to a few weeks per year and is exclusively for temporary use by guests. Guest access There are two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with a spacious and walk-in shower and bathtub as well as a terrace and garden with sauna. Bicycles can be rented if needed. Other things to note Note that the city of North charges a guest fee for the duration of your stay for adults aged 16 and over. This is already included in the total amount. Shortly before arrival, you will receive your guest passes for all discounts for attractions, public transport and events. The cleaning amount is already included in the total amount.
