Welcome to our relaxing and cozy 2-bedroom cottage with lake access. - Private pier to the channel—paddle or boat 20 ft to Big Lake’s 2nd basin, this cottage is on the channel and NOT lake front. - Fully equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, double sink, coffee maker, and stocked w/cookware and utensils - Just 8 miles from Chain O’Lakes State Park - Boat & RV parking on-site, public boat ramp on Big Lake is available just across the drive from the cottage. The space - 2 bedrooms, queen bed in each - Sofa queen bed in living room - Full bathroom with tub/shower combo - TV (Roque) and DVD player, living room - 3-Season room is great place to hang out. 3 walls of windows. Wood cat ledge on 2 walls. - Backyard has patio and wood fire pit for relaxation - Private Pier backyard for boating, kayaking, or fishing right from your backyard -Patio trash container for your waste and pet’s droppings Guest access Self-check-in with door’s numeric code. Host will provide the code the day prior to arrival. Guests to access the house via the key pad. There is one step up into the home. Booked guest must be present at check-in and throughout the entire stay. There are two doors, a kitchen door leads directly to the patio. The main door leads into the 3-season room. Other things to note The cottage is all hard surfaces; vinyl plank flooring. Rugs in the 2 bedrooms can be rolled up if preferred. The sleeper sofa has a covering. To use the queen size bed, simply remove the 3 seat cushions. Take the cover off, in one-piece. Simply store in a closet. The host will reassemble the sofa covering during the final clean-up process. The cottage has central AC for the summer’s warm days and the mini-split’s heat pump warms the space in the winter. If the winter temps are extremely frigid. There are portable space heats in each bedroom closet. A third one is in the 3-season room.
