Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. It is a private beach front accommodation. Not too crowded shorelines. Just a few steps and you can feel the golden white sand on your feet. House is located along Patar road Near to all tourist attractions. 3 mins to Enchanted Cave 15 mins to Sungayan Grill, Balingasay river 20 mins to city proper, market and church 30 mins to Bolinao falls PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES FIRST, BEFORE BOOKING!!! The space Beach front property, it has private access to the beach, literally a few steps from the house. House is along Patar Road (main road) guests doesn't need to pass rocky and bumpy inner streets. All photos are ACTUAL pictures. The property has 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1: three bunk beds (can sleep 6) bedroom 2: two queen sized beds (can sleep 4) 4 additional floor mattresses can be set up with a fee per day All photos are ACTUAL pictures. Our kitchen is equipped with basic cooking equipment and tools and includes an outdoor grill (just bring charcoal) Enough plates and utensils and glasses for groups of up to 14 persons. Guest access The entire MAIN house is yours during your stay. A sign is placed in rooms and areas and on specific items that are off-limits to guests. Other things to note ***Kitchen is equipped with basic cooking equipment and tools for cooking. Outdoor grill is available just bring charcoal. *** Bring your own toiletries, towels, soap, shampoo etc. (WE DO NOT PROVIDE THESE FOR HYGIENIC PURPOSES) 1 car garage parking- if you are bringing another car use the street parking ***NO Wifi (who goes to the beach and spend time on their devices?) You can use the data on your phones, connectivity is good. We have very basic amenities, if you are expecting all of your city life comforts and technology, this place DOES NOT have it. Book a hotel room not a private space in Airbnb.
