Description

We can accomodate up to a maximum of 6 guests on one booking (5 adults maximum plus a cot). We only take one booking so there will be no other guests at our B&B with you. 1x King Size Bedroom (Select 1 or 2 guests) 1x Double Bedroom (Select 3 or 4 guests) 1x Single Bedroom (Select 3 or 5 guests) 1x Cot on request (Under 3's) Electric Vehicle Charger on site (Charges apply) Within a short drive to the seafront, we are well located for a visit to Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding areas. The space If you are looking for a relaxing break away, in a spacious setting, with the use of a private garden, covered outside area, summerhouse, & hot tub, and an electric vehicle charger, you won't be disappointed. You are also welcome to use a private garden room which opens up to the garden. Hosts live onsite. Please be aware that we have a very friendly Golden Retriever dog. Hosts have their own private lounge and bathroom. The listing is offered on a bed and breakfast basis, which is served between the hours of 07:00hrs and 09:30hrs. A continental style breakfast is included for all guests with a varied selection of cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurts, fruit juices, with tea and coffee provided. The Executive King Bedroom (Blue room) has a King sized bed with a Super King size duvet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and work desk / dressing table with mirror. 40 Inch HD Smart TV with Amazon TV Firestick & Netflix. The Double Bedroom (Beach Room) has a Double sized bed, with a King size duvet, dressing table with mirror & drawers, HD Smart TV with Amazon TV Firestick & Netflix, & a clothes hanging area. The Single Bedroom (Black Room) has a single bed, with a Double size duvet, chest of drawers & bedside table. There is a HD Smart TV with Amazon TV Firestick & Netflix. Hair dryers and hot drinks making facilities are available in all bedrooms. All bedroom electric sockets have additional USB ports. An iron and ironing board is available on request. There is one private bathroom for the guests use to share, accessed across a shared landing. It has a bath with shower overhead and handrails for safe access, WC, sink, and heated towel rail. A travel cot (bedding is not supplied), highchair, and baby changing facilities are available on request at booking. There are stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. Families are welcome to book with us, remembering that we have a friendly dog who is used to all ages of children. Guests have use of the downstairs garden room, which is accessed through the hosts open plan kitchen. The garden room benefits from a large dining table, a corner sofa with a coffee table, music system, 42 Inch Smart TV, DVD player with a selection of DVD's, XBOX games console, heating, fan, games & cards, bi-folding doors, and views of the garden. A small portable aircon unit is available and tower fans for warmer days. The garden is equipped with 2 sun loungers, a seating area with a table, decking area, sun parasols, blankets & cushions. Check out time is 10:00hrs. Late check-out is available on request for a small charge due to rearranging housekeepers. A well equipped summerhouse is in the garden, made available to all guests, with music, drinks, fridge, and snacks. There is a hot tub for guests private use, with additional towels provided. An outside hot water shower is available in a covered & private area. There is plenty of parking available at the property. High-speed Wi-Fi access is provided throughout the property and garden. The house is powered by green electricity, generated through solar panels and stored in batteries so your stay will be kind to our environment. The property also has a type 2 EV charger for guests use (local charges apply) We are in a great location to visit the surrounding areas of Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Wells, and Cheddar. Some extra services are provided for a small additional cost. Hosts will be onsite and available 24/7 while guests are booked in. We are comfortable to interact with guests as needed and will leave all guests space to enjoy their time with us. We are a quiet estate house, with our own private driveway and ample parking. Easy access to the sea front and the M5. We are within walking distance of local shops, supermarket, pub's and restaurants. There are nearby bus routes into town, to the Seafront and Bristol. We are within walking distance of train stations (Worle or Milton). There is a smoking and vaping area outside. Although the kitchen is not made fully available for guests' private use, the use of a microwave, fridge and freezer are available on request, with crockery & cutlery also available. Guests are welcome to bring take-away meals into the garden room, but food and drink is requested not to be taken upstairs to the bedrooms. The seafront is approximately a 30 min walk. Please contact host if you would like further details of additional items available. We can also cater for collection and drop off services from Bristol Airport, Train Stations, Bus Terminal and the Seafront if needed - costs may apply. Guest access Hosts will be at the B&B during guest stays. Access is available 24/7 with a key access code if guests are returning outside of checkin times. (Code provided on arrival). Host will contact guest on booking to confirm number of guests staying and number of rooms required. Please let host know if you require the cot for a baby/child (under 3 yrs old). During your stay Hosts will be onsite and available 24/7 while guests are booked in. We are comfortable to interact with guests as needed and will leave all guests space to enjoy their time with us. Other things to note Hosts will be onsite, in the B&B house while guests are visiting. Friendly dog lives in the house. No pets, smoking and vaping area outside. Although the kitchen is not made fully available for guests' private use, the use of a microwave, fridge and freezer are provided, with crockery & cutlery also available.
