Simple, comfortable room in clean cosy flat. It is my home, but when you come I will stay at my boyfriend's house, so you can have the place to yourself. It's my home, not a holiday home, so while it is clean and tidy, it is homely, not immaculate. You have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room. My bedroom is private, thank you. Perfect location, 1 minute walk from Exeter Quay with pubs and restaurants, lovely walks. 9 minutes' walk to Exeter cathedral and city centre. The space A simple cosy room, with comfortable double bed, desk with drawers, bedside drawers and coat stand with hangers. Clean and freshly decorated. Cosy flat, with living room, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is on the ground floor, with 2 steps up at the entrance. I work at the hospital, and offer 10% discount for NHS workers. Located in central Exeter. 1 minute walk from the lovely historic Quay, with pubs, cafés, and shops, and walks along the canal and river. Less than 10 minutes walking to the cathedral and high street. The nearest train station is Exeter St Thomas, less than 10 minutes' walk, or Exeter St David's, the main station, is 20 minutes on foot. Exeter Central is 15 minutes on foot. The bus station is 15 minutes' walk away. Buses from the airport stop in the centre of the city, 15 minutes' walk. PLEASE ASK ME WHEN YOU BOOK IF YOU NEED PARKING, and I'll tell you if I have any permits available. There is visitor permit parking, but there isn't always space outside the house. Alternative parking is a 5 minute drive/1 minute walk away. I have space in my shed for a bike or two, if you want to come by bike. Guest access Living room, kitchen, bathroom. Access to store bikes in my shed, on request. Parking may be possible, if I have any permits, for £1 extra per day (I can only get a set number per year). PLEASE ASK ME WHEN YOU BOOK IF YOU NEED PARKING, and I'll tell you if I have any permits available. I do not accept any third party bookings (eg you booking for a friend, family member, colleague) as this invalidates the Airbnb insurance. Other things to note I will provide you with some basics for breakfast: milk, oat milk, bread, margarine, jam, tea, coffee, juice and cereals. There will also be some space for you to use in the fridge. The back yard and area around the entrance are shared, and not kept as clean as tidy as I would like by my neighbours.
