Our property is equipped with a smart TV available for use. Located just on the border of Santa Ana and Costa Mesa in the highly desirable area of South Coast Metro with world-class shopping and five-star dining. Spacious guest rooms are found in the home with the following sleeping arrangements: First Floor Bedroom 1: King size bed First Floor Bedroom 2: King size bed Second Floor Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds with four twin size beds Second Floor Bedroom 4: Two queen size beds Second Floor Bedroom 5: Queen size bed and pull-out trundle with two twin size beds The backyard is equipped with a large pool, BBQ grill, and dining and lounge areas. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. ★★★ Due to the large increase in natural gas costs in California, pool heating is offered at an additional charge of $50 per day. Guests just need to pay for the specific day(s) needed. Heating fees will be requested to be paid prior to check in. The maximum temperature is 90 Fahrenheit Degree*** It will take at least 8 hours for the pool to heat up so please let us know once you decide, then we can have someone come by and turn it on before your check-in. We hire professionals to Ozone Wash all linens and towels in our Airbnb for guests to use. Guest access Smart Lock access only 4 parking spots: 2 in garage, 2 on drive way, and paid street parking **This neighborhood street parking requires permits at all time to ensure the safety of the neighborhood. Please contact us if you need additional parking permits on the street (maximum of 3 permit). Each permit requested will be $20 extra. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: If you are planning to bring a pet with you during your trip, please disclose them when you book. There will be additional pet cleaning fee added to your reservation. Limit 2 pets max under 30lbs per pet. **To ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that all dog owners clean up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste properly using the bags and bins provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee. ***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure safety for everyone. ***Gardeners/Pool Maintenance may visit during your stay. They will respect your space and privacy and will not be bothering you. **We do not provide linens for the pack n play as babies might be sensitive to the detergent. ***Please do not block the sidewalk to ADVOID the ticket!!
