Enjoy living the Lake life at Northern Nook Home. Ideal place to reconnect with nature or spending time with families and/or love ones. Plenty of nearby trails for hiking and biking. Prefer spending time on the water instead? The house is only a few steps away to the Pickerel Lake. You have access to the pier for swimming, fishing, or canoeing. The space The House: In the house, you will find a split level floor plan. The lower level consists of an open kitchen and dining area, laundry room, and bathroom. You access the outdoor patio table and grill by going out of the kitchen area. The kitchen has all the basic cooking appliances and utensils. The upper level consists of a living room, additional bathroom, and one queen size bed in each of the 2 bedrooms. The 3rd sleeping space is the sectional sofa. It can sleep 2 people. Guests will need to bring any desired toiletries. The first roll of toilet paper will be provided as a starter pack. Bed linens and towels are provided. Right Outside of the House: You will find a fire pit, outdoor chairs, a picnic table, and a propane BBQ grill. The Grounds area: Comes with one docking space. The pier is shared. Part of the lawn is shared with a cottage. Guest access One Boat Docking Space Available.
