The cottage on the golf course in Hede

Modern cottage of 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom, built in 2008 with 4 beds + 1 extra mattress. Located in a secluded location on Hede-Vemdalen golf course and close to Ljusnan beach. There are 18 holes in the summer, easy cross-country trails on the golf course and snowmobile trails at Ljusnan river in the winter - all right on the doorstep! Walking distance to shops and services, as well as to Hede camping with outdoor swimming in the summer. The space The cottage has 4 fixed beds divided into two bedrooms. Fully tiled bathroom with sauna. Open plan with kitchen, dining area and living room. Modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Dining area for 6-10 people. Internet (router), media player, speakers, board games, etc. The cottage has underfloor heating in all areas and a fireplace is available in the living room. We have dogs and also allow you to have your pets indoors. There's also a kennel with an insulated hut to use. The plot is about 2500 sqm and is surrounded by a fence. There is a large parking area and engine heater outlet. The road to the cottage is plowed if necessary. Guest access This is our private cottage and therefore many of our belongings remain in the cottage, however, a little tucked away to give you guests some private space for storage in both kitchen and wardrobes. Other things to note Rental rules: · Minimum rental period is 2 days. · Check-out at 11 a.m. and check-in at 2 p.m. · Cleaning is not included in the price. Clean yourself or book with us for SEK 800. · No charging of electric cars is allowed. Charging station is available in the village.
