A large double bedroom & bathroom, Priston, Bath.

We welcome guests to our big en-suite bedroom in our country cottage in the quiet village of Priston, by the village church, 20 mins from Bath. Great pub & country walks nearby. See village website for all info. Off-street parking on private road. 20 min walk to Priston Mill wedding venue. 1 antique double bed. Two fold-out singles if required. Very relaxed hosts. 2 cats. Lifts to Mill possible. Check in time v flexible on request. Garden can be used if sunny! Breakfast is included in price. The space A newly finished, large en-suite bedroom in an old cute/quirky (bit scruffy) country cottage. A listed building. Lots of stuff in it. Bit battered in places, but guest room is recently built, large, clean, tidy, cosy and warm. Our house has a big kitchen. Lounge with large old fire place, wood burning stove, but guests tend to just use the room. There is off street parking on a private road, parking two cars is possible on request. Sue is you main hostess. There is an antique four poster double bed; a new single fold-out bed. ONLY THE DOUBLE BED IS MADE UP. Please say in advance if you need the folding single bed made ready. (A fouth bad can be prepared but would be a mattress on the floor). The nice garden can be used for meals, and just sitting out in, if weather is suitable. Guest access Guests sleep in the new en-suite bedroom. Very comfotable main bed. TV and kettle in place. Fast fibreoptic broadband and wifi. Guests can use kitchen, main house bathroom and tv room etc. if needed. Or have breakfast in the guest room. During your stay We are happy to chat, provide breakfast (croissants, toast, tea, coffee, fruit - cooked breakfast by arrangement) but also happy if people want to be in peace. We are quite busy, so often rushing about and/or doing things. We need to know estimated arrival time a few days in advance if possible. Other things to note We have got two cats. They have access to most of the house. But not the guest bedroom. One adult son might be in residence. But heads off to work! You probably won't see him. The guest room door has a bolt lock on the inside. We are relaxed - but busy - so need to know estimated arrival time in advance. Detailed directions will be sent once booking is made. But, if you find the only pub in the village of Priston, The Ring o Bells, BA2 9EE, you are very near. If you want evening meal the options are: book the pub, drive to other nearby pubs or into Bath, or bring your own. No shop in the village. We always leave feedback, usually very positive!
