Apartment located within the Tanca Piras Village, due to the characteristics of the house it is not suitable for families with children. The space The apartment is about 100 square meters and is characterized by spacious and functional rooms with well-kept furnishings. The same attention to detail is also present in the bathrooms and kitchen. The apartment is spread over two levels and is composed as follows: 1) Upstairs - living area with full open kitchen, dining area and corner sofa. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, fridge and dishwasher; - bathroom with shower; - a terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with a table and chairs, from which it will be possible to admire suggestive sunsets. 2) Downstairs - sleeping area with 2 bedrooms. Both with a double bed and one with a single bed; - bathroom with tub and whirlpool shower stall: - laundry room with wardrobe along the entire wall; washing machine and freezer. There are air conditioners in the living area and bedrooms. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the house. Guest access The Village recalls the old mining villages with pastel-colored houses, located in Nebida, southwest coast of Sardinia; very close to Pan di Zucchero and in front of the Island of Carloforte. Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal, and can park in front of the house. The Village has a free swimming pool and a custodian service. Other things to note Upon arrival, a tourist tax of €2 per person per night will be required in cash. In case of check-in after 7 p.m., a supplement of €20 will be required. For stays longer than 7 nights, we can provide a change of linens upon request at a cost of €15 per person.
