The space conveniently located beside Southern Adventist Biologytrails, great for adventures in hiking, biking, trail running, taking the dogs for a walk, 0.5 miles from Southern Adventist University and McKee Baking Co. A short drive to Enterprise South and all its trails, 25 min. to Chattanooga and all its attractions, Including The Tennessee Aquarian, The Incline Railway, Chattanooga Towing Museum, many Microbreweries, many boating, kayaking, Paddle Boarding, swimming opportunities only minutes away. Other things to note The house is a duplex, so there are other guests nearby, please be courteous and quiet after 9 pm. This is a No Smoking facility, a $250 fee will be charged if Smoking inside. Check in time is 4pm, check out is 10am. No locals within a 50 mile radius, it will be my discretion to cancel. Pets are to be crate trained and in the crate if no one is present with them. No pets are to be on the furniture or beds at any time.
