IKAL´S House is a new property designed by J&M. Furnitures are 100% recycled and sustainable. The house is fully heated property, security 24/7, swimming pool, etc. The house is located 7 to 10 min away from the fifth Avenue, 20 min- Xcaret Park and Xenses, 45 min to Cancun, 35 min to Tulum and 1.5 hr to Chichen Itza ( by vehicle). Note: For long rents, we cover the energy consumption of $1000 Mexican pesos bimonthly We do have starlink internet for the house. The space The house have 3 bedrooms (4 people) and one sofa in the living room ( 1 guest additional) if needed. The house is confortable for families or small groups. The house has internar with high speed (good for home office work). We recently purchased two new TV 55´´. One located in the first floor and second one at the main room. Guest access Electronic loking device, swimming pool and all facility can be used for family´s activities. Other things to note Our guests will receive suggestions of all atractions near the property and parks brochures, a welcome kit is given to our visitors.
