The space Indulge in our spacious vacation retreat that features 3 floors with plenty of room to enjoy. The cabin sleeps 12 with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and a sleep sofa, 2 queen beds in game room, a fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals and game room there’s plenty of room, once you get there you’ll never want to leave. The pool is heated at 84-85 degrees (per guest request with an extra charge of $100.00 per day. Pool heater takes 24 hour to reach 85 degrees) during the months of April to May and again September until October 31st at 84-85 but if the temperature drops under 50 degrees the heater will be deactivated for safety reasons! NOTE: the pool is not heated during summer. The pool heater cannot be bumped up, if you’d like hot water the hot tub is also available to relax and enjoy! Guest access No keys are needed to access the property, prior to check-in you will receive a code to access the cabin for the duration of your stay. Paved parking is in our private driveway large enough if you are hauling a trailer, perfect for motorcycles, there is space for up to 4 vehicles. You will park directly in front of the cabin. Accesible for handicap. Other things to note Cabin Rules- No smoking No events, parties or large gatherings Must be at least 25 years old to book No fireworks Taxes and fees will be calculated before confirmation. NOTE- please use the pool and hot tub safely and responsibly at your own risk. Pool heater takes 24 hours to reach 85 degrees) during April until May and again from September until October 31st between 84-85 degrees (weather permitting temp doesn’t drop below 50) and cannot be bumped up. If you want warmer water, the hot tub is available also. NOTE: the pool is not heated during summer but it’s open. **being an outdoor pool it’s vulnerable to bugs and leaves, it’s cleaned once a week**
