Rec#2: 1 double bed, A/C, large closet, izzi TV, internet. Kitchen (grill, fridge), dining room 4 chairs. Separate bathroom, large patio (pets allowed, only in patio). Kitchen (new refrigerator grill), separate bathroom, hot and cold water, large patio (pets allowed, only in the patio). WE HAVE THE OPTION TO EXPAND TO 8 GUESTS IF YOU RENT "YOUR STAY IN THE HEART OF CD. VICTORIA (THE OTHER HALF OF THE HOUSE). "NO SMOKING" inside the house. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED (prior authorization). Guest access Access to the house is on Benito Juárez Street between 18th and 19th streets. You only go up 2 steps and the front door is on the right side. You enter and find the bedroom with 2 single beds, it has sliding doors for access to the 2nd bedroom that has 1 double bed, closet, Izzi TV, intermet closet with drawers and space to hang clothes on hooks, ironing board, iron, kitchen with the basics, refrigerator, gas grill, sink, laundry, separate toilet, hot and cold water. Other things to note Pets are allowed in the courtyard. Pet grooming is the guest's responsibility. Out of respect for the guests who arrive at the house. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE. The backyard is the place for people who wish to smoke. NO CLEANING FEE IS CHARGED. PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. THE FACILITIES ARE FOR GUESTS. IF YOU NEED TO HOLD AN EVENT, IT WILL INVOLVE ANOTHER COST AND REQUIRES PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
