This is a shared kitchen & bath with a private bedroom. 5⭐️Location! STRP-24-0388. The space Guests will have their own private, clean and beautiful room inside a SHARED 3 bedroom apartment. Inside the room, guests have their own queen size bed, mini fridge, smart tv, desk and chair for working, closet, and goodie baskets containing snacks, water, coffee pods & creamer, and personal toiletries like toilet paper, razor etc. Outside your personal bedroom, guests will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with one full time tenant and potential 1-2 other guests in the second bedroom also on Airbnb. We strive to make shared spaces easy and comfortable with a mini fridge in the bedroom, personal goodie baskets with necessities like coffee and water and personal cubbies inside the bathroom with toilet paper and other bathroom necessities. All bedrooms have a lock for guaranteed safety and solitude. Guests also have access to the laundry room downstairs and large backyard that is shared among the whole house. This is an upstairs apartment. Guests must be able to climb 2 sets of stairs (approximately 15 stairs total) to reach the apartment. Guest access Each guest has a beautiful furnished room. Clean, modern, quiet and relaxing with their own 40" smart TV, work space, mini fridge, closet and more. The kitchen and bathroom are SHARED as is a large fully enclosed back yard and laundry room downstairs. Each room has a lock for security and solitude. Guests must be able to climb stairs to reach this upstairs apartment. During your stay I love meeting my guest and getting to know them but respect their preferences, time and privacy. If they need assistance I will do my best to help through conversation in the app! Other things to note Short walk to downtown Colorado Springs (about 5 minutes), 3 blocks walk to Colorado College, 1.5 blocks to YMCA. Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds and Cheyenne Zoo are just a short 10-15 minute drive. Parking is available on the street or in the large public parking lot across the street. The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It feels very homey with a middle school across the street, people frequently walking their dogs, lime scooters parked about and located just a short walk to all Downtown has to offer!
