Nice space with pool

Well-located and pleasant house with bakery, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping mall very close by. It is located approximately: 7 min. from Mineirão, 12 min. from downtown and 20 min. from Savassi. - Single room with double bed and closet. - Bathroom next to the bedroom, which is shared. (if there are other guests) - There's a fan in the bedroom. - The room has no TV or minibar. The space The space is nice and cozy. Guest access THE RESERVATION IS FOR A ROOM AND NOT FOR THE ENTIRE HOUSE, SO YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COOK. During your stay I will be present at all times to assist with whatever is needed. You are booking a room in the house, not the whole house. We live in the house, so I will always be present. Other things to note -The pool will be available - The house has cameras and alarms. - Not allowed: receiving, party, car sound, events.
