The cozy room is in the heart of Friedrichshafen by the Riedlewald. In 10 minutes, the city center and the lake with its waterfront promenade are within walking distance. It takes 10 minutes by car or public transport to get to the exhibition grounds. You will stay in a 2-family house in your separate room. Free parking is right by the house. The space The tastefully furnished, quiet and separate room invites you to linger. There is a kettle with which tea or coffee can be prepared. In addition to the 1.40 m wide bed, there is a desk and a cozy chair. The bathroom and the kitchen are used together in shared flat form depending on the presence of the other roommates or are available for sole use in the absence. In the garden there are several places for a cozy stay. Guest access The room is on the 2nd floor outside our apartment and is separately accessible. The bathroom is on the same floor and is available for the exclusive use of the guests. The washing machine is in the basement. A seating area in the garden invites you to linger.
