A month is half the price of daily price! The space The original 2 story half of this home was built in the late 1790's. The third floor and right side were added in the 1800's. Guest access It is a private entrance flat consisting of 6 rooms. There is a combination keyless front and back door. Other things to note We do have a small, friendly dog on the premise. His name is Gator. There is a glorious, 4 story tall Ginko tree which is over 100 years old in our front parkway. It was planted by Mrs. Caleb Bradham, the wife of the inventor of Pepsi Cola. Their mansion home is 2 blks. away on the corner of Johnson and East Front street. The birthplace of Pepsi, fountain and museum is on the corner of Middle st. and Pollock St. 3 blks. away. The large Pepsi Cola from the fountain is $1...the best deal in town! ( and they give free refills )
