Beach house

Beach house of about 30 m2, accommodating up to 4 people. Ideally located, on the waterfront, with sea view. Beach games, rackets, board games, books are available. Pets are allowed under certain conditions. Located 10 minutes' walk from the city center, where there is a bakery, butcher shop, grocery store, bar, hairdresser... Bed linen on request: €5/person The space Access to the house by the beach, then a few steps, to get to the terrace. The entrance through the main room, with a sleeping area with the bunk bed, the dining area with the kitchenette, and the seating area. The TV is not mentioned in the listing because it is sometimes temperamental due to the location of the house. To the right is the bedroom with double bed and storage for clothes. The left door leads to the bathroom/wc, then to the corner with the beach games. Guest access Access to the accommodation is via the beach, about 50 meters on foot, then by a dozen steps, high enough to reach the house. So access is difficult and is not suitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. Other things to note In times of high tides and large coefficients, the sea comes up to the house, and therefore, it is not possible to enter or leave, just until the sea recedes, but with the help of the almanac, we organize ourselves easily!
