No parties or smoking is allowed. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00. Thank you for your understanding! The space This modern and cozy villa offers 130 square meters of stylish living space. On the ground floor, you’ll find: - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with quality appliances, - A bright living and dining area, - One bedroom, - A bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the first floor features two additional bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony – perfect for enjoying the fresh air or unwinding with a good book. Additional comforts include underfloor heating in all bathrooms and individual air conditioning in every room, for both heating and cooling. Unwind in your own private pool with an outdoor shower, surrounded by a spacious terrace equipped with sun loungers and a shaded dining area, perfect for al fresco meals and relaxation. You’ll also have access to a rooftop terrace with two loungers and beautiful panoramic views – an ideal spot to relax at any time of day. ATTENTION - Pool Maintenance To keep the pool sparkling clean and ready for you to enjoy, our pool technician may stop by during your stay. Visits are quick, discreet, and usually take place in the late afternoon. We will notify you prior to the visit. Guest access As our guest, you’ll have full, private access to the entire villa and all its amenities – just as we do when we’re here ourselves. Please remember: This is our family’s holiday retreat, and we hope you feel at home while respecting the peaceful environment we share with our neighbors. Other things to note Villa Luna is ideally located just a few hundred meters from local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. The beautiful Blue Flag beaches are around 5 km away, and there are plenty of nearby attractions including golf courses, shopping centers, nature reserves, and water parks. To make the most of your stay, we recommend renting a car. We’re happy to share trusted local car rental options that are often more affordable than airport providers.
