Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Guests will not have access to the garage. Other things to note This unit is PET friendly. If you are highly allergic to pets, we recommend you booking a unit that is free of pets. HOUSE RULES: ➞ Air Bnb has a Zero Partying Policy. Any signs or evidence of partying; guests will be asked to leave ➞ Early Check-In or Late Check out May be arranged (30 minutes free. Exceeding is $20/hr up to 2hrs max). ➞ Pet Rules: 2 pets max. $60 per pet per stay. No pet on furniture. Pet should not be left unattended. Please pick up pet waste. ➞ Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. ➞ Deposits may be required. ➞ Absolutely no smoking inside the house, doing so will be fine $1000. Garbage The City of Cornwall has recently updated its garbage disposal policy: Garbage must go in clear bags Recycling goes in blue bags Compost goes in green bags Please do not use black bags — they will not be picked up by the city.
