The space includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living and dining area, a modern kitchen, and many extra fun features that will make your stay a memorable one. The space This cottage is an open concept with spacious living areas. Kitchen amenities are included. Dining room table seats a total of 6 people . There is also a patio set outside on the landscaped backyard that seats a total of 4 people. There are a total of 3 bedrooms and a pull out couch. One bedroom includes a queen bed, the remaining bedrooms consist of double beds. The pull out couch is the size of a double bed. There are a total of 3 parking spaces. We provide clean bedding, pillows, and blankets for each bedroom and the pull out couch. Bath and hand towels will be provided. Although there will be hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towel, please bring your own to ensure you have enough for your entire stay. We also provide garbage bags. It is a family cottage, so no smoking inside the cottage (if you choose to smoke outside, please do not leave the butts on the ground) 2. A liability form must be signed in order to use the stand up paddleboards, inflatable boat, trampoline, or the bikes. There will be various lifejackets to use, however, it is mandatory that anyone who uses the stand up paddleboards, kayaks, or the inflatable boat must wear a lifejacket. It is encouraged to bring your own to guarantee a lifejacket will fit 3. There is a fire pit in the backyard for guests to use. However, the firewood will not be provided, so please bring your own. Please put the fire out at the end of each night. 4. No PETS are allowed on the property.
