With all the comforts, it features a traditional Basque txoko, paddle tennis court, garage, and is just 5 minutes from the beach, the marina, and the best restaurants in the area. Located in the most exclusive area of Vizcaya, in the heart of Getxo, between the iconic Las Arenas pier and the Gobela metro station, this property enjoys an unbeatable location just steps from the sea. The space Our villa is an experience in itself thanks to its seaside location, unique architecture, and distinctive design. Located in the residential area of Las Arenas, it is spread over three floors, accessible by stairs or elevator. As shown in the photos, it is distributed as follows. MAIN FLOOR - A large entrance hall. - A first living room with library, decorative fireplace and access to the porch of the house and garden. - A large living room with * A separate dining area overlooking the garden and connected to the kitchen. * A lounge area with television - A kitchen with a beautiful office area and connected to the upper floor by another staircase. - Guest toilet FIRST FLOOR - Large hallway - A master bedroom with a 180x200 double bed, sitting area, dressing room and ensuite bathroom. In addition, it has two exits to a good size terrace facing southwest. - One bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190 and ensuite bathroom. - One bedroom with a double bed 170x190 and ensuite bathroom. SECOND FLOOR It is an attic area with several rooms and you will only have access to: - A bedroom with a double bed 170x190 and ensuite bathroom. EXTERIORS - Parking area with 2 covered parking spaces, and other 2-3 uncovered parking spaces. - Paddle tennis court (we don't have paddle equipment, think about bringing your own) - Beautiful private garden surrounding the whole building. It is a very warm and cozy space, which is ideal for any kind of stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the property, some areas on the second floor are not available as well as the basement. Bedsheets, towels. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The house has heating radiators in all rooms. The heating is managed by thermostats. They are used to turn on or off the heating with a temperature limited to 21-22 degrees. *Please note that it is not possible to turn the temperature up or down outside this range.* For the bedroom on the second floor, we have provided an electric radiator because the heating power is lower. For parking, you will have access to the house exterior with the possibility of 2 covered parking spaces and 2-3 uncovered parking spaces. You can also park for free on the street. *No WiFi* Other things to note If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register. If you don't provide the requested data before arriving, your reservation will be canceled without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
