You’ll be welcome to use the washer and dryer, which are accessible through the exterior basement door. There is a laundry chute in the bathroom, if helpful. Please note that the basement is totally unfinished and separate from the main level of the house. While the upper deck is for guests only, the basement and yard are shared in that we may need to access items in the basement (gardening supplies, lawnmower, etc.) or tend to the yard and gardens during your stay. However, we are very respectful of guests and your privacy and time outside. Other things to note The house is available to rent for a minimum of 30 days.
