This thoughtfully-designed space includes: 2 new queen beds Organic cotton linens and towels Full kitchen with range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, French press, electric kettle, garbage disposal, dishes, glasses, and quality kitchenware Bathroom with starter shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash; hairdryer and first-aid kit Desk Wi-Fi, Roku TV, sound machine, and portable Bluetooth speaker​ A large back deck for outside dining and lounging, with a super warm spot for winter basking on sunny days and pergola for keeping cool in summer Backyard birds and beautiful yard and landscaping as one of Asheville's first 100 Certified Pollinator Gardens Local art and guidebooks Iron/mini board, use of washer/dryer (see below) One driveway parking space Guest access You’ll have private access to the house and back deck, and one driveway parking space. You’ll be welcome to use the washer and dryer, which are accessible through the exterior basement door. There is a laundry chute in the bathroom, if helpful. Please note that the basement is totally unfinished and separate from the main level of the house. While the upper deck is for guests only, the basement and yard are shared in that we may need to access items in the basement (gardening supplies, lawnmower, etc.) or tend to the yard and gardens during your stay. However, we are very respectful of guests and your privacy and time outside. Other things to note The house is available to rent for a minimum of 30 days. If you're interested in staying for more than one month, please ask about any available discounts. If you’re interested in a shorter stay, please ask us about our suite.
