Cozy holiday cottage with fireplace, close to the sea!

A fantastic nice and well planned cottage of 60 sqm and with three bedroom. Very child-friendly with two children's rooms, big plot, playhouse and swings. Located in a beautiful setting with open views. Close to both forest and beach. Small kitchen with all that might be needed. Air heat pump for the winter and AC in the summer. Two large terraces with possibility of barbecue. Bathroom with a shower and a WC. Laundry facilities are available! The space Do you want to stay with a wonderful view of lovely meadows and pastures, close to both sea and forest, with a location where you can breathe fresh air and feel really good? Then you will come to Stråvalla right outside Frillesås in beautiful Halland. Here you live in a cozy holiday home with a large lovely plot, lawn, trampoline (only during the summer), playhouse, slide and a magnificent kitchen garden. The house is perched high and without visibility with a large terrace that is partly under a roof, so the “outdoor house” becomes a lovely part of today's different shifts. During summer, there are several outdoor furniture available, a barbecue, and you have a good view of the children playing down on the property. The entrance is on the back of the house where you enter a hall with a hat rack. Directly to the left is the bathroom which has toilet, sink, shower and towel dryer. Straight ahead and left also the first bedroom which has a double bed – 160cm. To the right of the hall, you will enter a spacious living room combined with a dining area. There is a sofa and two armchairs and a cozy fireplace in the evenings. This room also has AC via air heat pump. Large glass sections and balcony door with exit to the terrace. Two bedrooms are available next to the living room where one of the rooms has a bunk bed 80/80cm and the other room has a single bed 90cm. The house has both a travel bed and a high chair. In the kitchen there is a fridge and freezer, stove with 3 burners and oven, microwave, coffee maker. Kitchen fan is missing but an openable window is in the kitchen when cooking. In the summer when heat/drought requires the plant management, irrigation is needed a little more frequent and this takes care of the owner, so nothing you need to think about but just enjoy what's growing and thriving in the kitchen garden. The house also has an electric car charger available for the current electricity price during the stay. Laundry facilities are downstairs in the basement. CLEANING: We have all cleaning products on site and you clean before you leave as described in the house. You can also buy for cleaning for SEK 1500 and then you only leave the accommodation set up. SURROUNDING AREAS: About 2.5km from the house is popular Stråvalla Strand which has a long lovely pier, raft, sauna, boule and playground. Here, children and adults love to enjoy a possible swim, walk, or play. You'll get to Varberg or Kungsbacka in 25 minutes. Falkenberg and Ullared are within 60 minutes and equally it is to Gothenburg where you experience Liseberg, museum, restaurants and big city pulse.
