The house is on the doorstep of the Grand canal and numerous neighbourhood cafes, while also just a short stroll to the city centre. The place is light-filled having undergone a complete renovation recently. This is a peaceful location with two double bedrooms and bathroom at ground floor level, and the living space upstairs. Bathroom consists of shower and toilet. There is a small garden to the side with table and chairs to eat outside on the rare sunny day! The space Both bedrooms consist of double beds.
