Located just 2 metro stops from the center, 10 minutes from the train station/airport and close to all amenities. A beautiful 30 m² outdoor area will allow you to enjoy the sun's rays and the bubbles of the spa. The space On the ground floor of a small building, this small accommodation is composed of a kitchenette open to the living room, a bedroom with a double bed that opens onto the living room thanks to its glass wall, and a small bathroom with shower. Above all: from the living room, a French window gives you access to its beautiful and large exterior with a Jacuzzi for private use. Perfect for warming up on winter evenings or cooling off and sunbathing on sunny days. Attached to a public park, you can enjoy the greenery of the trees and the songs of the birds while having coffee or an aperitif on the terrace. Guest access If we are present at your arrival, we will give you the keys in person, otherwise we have a self-check-in system so that you can arrive at the time that suits you. Other things to note The hot tub is located outdoors. This has many advantages and offers a very pleasant experience, but since we are in the city it requires some discretion out of respect for the neighbors who are very close.
