Private accommodation in the heart of Havana. The Hostal Casa Havana (3 rooms) is only a few minutes' walk from all the sights. Enjoy the Cuban flair in a stylish ambience in this lovingly renovated colonial house in the company of a Cuban-German family, who will be happy to give you advice and support. The space The typical Cuban town house in colonial style with the furniture and decoration of the same style does provide a pleasant interior climate. It counts with spacious living and dining room where you can either enjoy a Cuban cup of coffee or read one of the books of our book shelf. For those who prefer relax under the blue sky may take a place in our green patio above the caribbean sun. When the weather is fine, breakfast is served in the patio, if not in our dining room. The cosy air-conditioned rooms are each equipped with mattresses made in Germany, air-conditioning (split), fan, a private bath room with a shower of cold and warm water, a double bed (2 rooms: 1,60 x 2 m, 1 room: 1,80 x 2 m, according to availability), as well as a minibar and safe in order to store valuable items. Bed linen, towels and liquid hand soap are included in the room price (there are no towels for the beach provided). House rules: Smoking is just permitted on the balcony. Non-paying guests are not allowed to enter in the guest room for own safety reasons. Animals are not permitted. Check-in: 2 p.m. Check-out: 11 a.m. Late check-out after 11 a.m. is just possible on request on site as it depends on the client who would check-in afterwards the same day. We can inform you in the late afternoon one day before if it would be possible. But without any problem you can leave your luggage in our house and also stay here outside of you room after check-out if you will leave later. There is also the possibility of taking a shower before leaving in an additional bathroom we do have in the patio. If you would like to keep on traveling to the other provinces with a lighter luggage we can keep you suitcases in a safe room for your until you came back to Havana for an supplement price of 5 EUR or USD per person. Room "Colonial Marfil": You hereby book a private double room for 1-2 persons (without breakfast) with a double bed (1,50 x 2m) and a private bathroom. Breakfast can be added after booking for an extra charge of 8 EUR/person (or 8 USD). (Payment in cash in EUR or USD on site.) We offer a delicious, fresh, homemade European/Caribbean breakfast: White bread, butter, jam, hot milk, optional coffee or tea or hot chocolate, homemade fruit juice (fruits depending on the season), fruit salad (fresh fruits depending on the season), standard: omelette (upon request also other preparation of the egg as scrambled or hard-boiled egg available, please inform us before breakfast time or one evening before). Or you can relax either in our living room watching the Cuban street life or just relax in the patio as nearly all our guests are usually outside the house discovering the capital.
