The space Inside, the house boasts a spacious and open floor plan, with plenty of room for families or groups of friends to spread out and relax. The four bedrooms are cozy and inviting, each offering a comfortable place to rest after a day spent exploring the surrounding area. We have two security cameras outside. One facing the back yard and one facing the front yard. This non smoking house is simple and comfortable, with four bedrooms, all on one level. Two queen bedrooms overlook the woods in back, while one large queen room in the front has a twin over full bunk and a fourth small bedroom with a twin over full bunk, sleeping up to 10 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a large island and bar, a dining room table for 8-12, and 3-4 more at the bar and plenty of seating in the entertainment area, with a large TV. The rear deck is the perfect place to relax, with additional seating, a grill, and access to the park and fire pit. Guest access The entire 1 acre parcel minus the utility building and alternate driveway. The 40 acre park Tails and Trails Park is also accessible from the backyard (follow trail markers) and open to the public. The 170 acre Saugatuck Wilds Nature Preserve is also open to the public and directly across the street with the official trail head starting South about 100 yards from our house. Other things to note Tails and Trails DogPark trails start behind the house and pretty natural footpaths so keep track of where you're going. The Saugatuck Wilds Nature Preserve across the street is accessible down the road just a few houses. Airbnb will automatically include a $125 pet fee when you register correctly. Please ask permission to bring up to two dogs. We do not allow any other animals on the property. Fire pit rules: We have a great fire pit in the back that you are welcome to use. Please do not bring in your own wood. There are two places a couple doors up and a couple doors down that sell firewood. Sometimes we even have some for you to use. Please only make a fire if you are going to be with the fire the entire time and put it out when you are no longer enjoying it. The hose for putting the fire out is next to the deck behind the house.
