Beautiful spacious property on two floors with large rooftop terrace facing the sea. Set in the center of picturesque Torre Canne and right in front of the coast. The nearest sandy beach is just a few minutes to walk. The house is spacious and well-equipped. Enjoy the buzz of this lively little fisherman’s town and its many characteristic restaurants, bars and shops. The perfect location to explore the coast and inland, with some of Puglia’s most popular spots within easy reach. The space The closest sandy beach is only a few minutes to walk, about 250 meters away. Parking: Free parking can be found easily (usually right in front of the house or in one of the little streets nearby). If you want to be sure to always have a guaranteed parking spot nearby, even during high season, there is a parking lot very near the apartment. The cost is € 100 per week. Please let us know at the time of booking, so we can organise this for you. Guest access Guests have the exclusive use of the entire apartment. Other things to note Guest registration and tourist tax We need to register our guests (like hotels do), but do not keep this information on file. We can also take this information upon arrival if you prefer, but if you would like to get it out of the way, here is what we need: - Picture of ID of each head of family - For the remaining guests - Name - Date of Birth - Place of Birth - Nationality We have to collect the tourist tax from our guests in order to then transfer it to our municipality. The tourist tax amounts to € 2 per person and per each day you will be staying with us. Children up until 12 years do not pay. Garbage Disposal PLEASE HELP US RUN THINGS SMOOTHLY The correct collection and disposal of household garbage is very important as it won’t be collected if not sorted correctly, risking to leave our guests with full bins which is a real problem, especially when it starts getting warmer. So please use the bins as indicated: ORGANIC WASTE - BROWN BIN ORGANIC WASTE HAS TO BE COLLECTED AND DISPOSED OF IN ORGANIC WASTE BAGS. PLEASE DO NOT THROW IT LOOSE INTO THE BIN. Please put outside the front door on SUNDAYS, TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS after 9 p.m. PAPER / CARDBOARD - BLUE BIN Please put outside the front door on WEDNESDAYS after 9 p.m. PLASTIC / METAL / ALUMINIUM – YELLOW BIN Please put outside the front door on FRIDAYS after 9 p.m. GLASS – GREEN BIN Please put outside the front door on TUESDAYS after 9 p.m. REMAINING WASTE – GREY BIN Please put outside the front door on MONDAYS after 9 p.m. Parking: There is free parking in the street in front of the house and in the streets nearby.
