Two modern houses with a swimming pool and gazebo, located in a lookout overlooking the Cordillera de la Costa and surrounded by native vegetation. Perfect for family gatherings, conferences, and retreats. Each house is fully equipped and offers cozy indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy warm service and local food. There is 1 dog (kennel available) and 4 cats. The space The large house has 5 bedrooms: one with a king-size bed; another with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed; a third with a futon; another with two full beds and a sofa bed; and one more with two full beds. The small house has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and another with four beds (one bunk bed). Total capacity for 15 people. Two grills: one charcoal in the gazebo and one gas on the terrace. Guest access The place is rural, so private transportation is required to get there; public transportation is limited. The road to the plot is paved, with a final asphalt stretch. The entrance gate to the houses (1.7 km) is unpaved. The entire plot, including the streams and mountains, is available for guests to explore.
