Perfect for stays with family, friends or professionals, this house can accommodate up to 6 people and combines comfort and conviviality. The space The accommodation: Welcome to Cocon de la Vallée, the house welcomes you with: On the ground floor: - A friendly dining room with a large table - A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, filter coffee machine and pod, oven...) - A bright living room with Netflix and Amazon Prime access included in your reservation, perfect for relaxing throughout your stay. - A bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs: - A large bright room divided into two spaces separated by the landing and curtains for privacy: a double bed on one side and two single beds on the other. *Bed linen and towels are provided, at no extra cost. For the little ones, everything is provided: games, baby bed, highchair, footstool, bathtub and protective barrier for the stairs. Outside: Enjoy the garden and a large terrace with dining area and barbecue (charcoal not included), ideal for your evenings outdoors. Your pets are also welcome. For your vehicles: You have the option to park a car in the inner courtyard secured by a gate, while an additional car can be parked outside, just in front of the house. The house is not suitable for charging your electric vehicles, please use the sockets provided for this purpose in the appropriate places. No caravans or camper vans. Convenient: - Shopping mall (pharmacy, supermarket, gas station) and a very good bakery within a 5-minute drive. - The beautiful town of Montrichard, dynamic and lively especially in season, where you can enjoy the many restaurants and shops. Guest access Entire place with separate entrance. Your arrival is done independently thanks to the key box to allow you a stress-free arrival without time constraints. You will receive check-in information and the access code the day before your arrival.
