About The Space The studio is located on the 12th floor and is 27 sqm in size. It has amazing views of Pattaya city and some beautiful sea views. The studio faces the quiet side of the building, away from all the loud bars and loud music. Giving you a peaceful night's sleep. Durian is also prohibited and has a 5000 baht fine There is no daily cleaning service like a hotel room. If you require cleaning, that will be an extra cost of 650 baht. Guest access All guests will have access to the common areas of the building only. The 5th floor has a herb garden for residents and guests to use if they choose to cook. The sky lounge, fitness room, saunas, steam rooms, and laundry room are located on the 30th floor. The sky lounge features a table tennis table (ping-pong) and a pool table. There is seating and a great place to read or work on a laptop. The 30th floor also has a hot Jacuzzi, a cold-water pool, and some sun loungers. The 31st floor is where you will find the rooftop infinity swimming pool with sun lounges. The views are amazing. Other things to note Smoking or Vaping in the room or building is strictly prohibited. Smart AI cigarette, vaping & cannabis detectors have been installed throughout the room and bathroom. They are Smart ( AI ) technology detectors which are very sensitive and measure the room air particles and they notify us if someone is smoking or tries to cover the sensors or disconnect them. Tampering with the sensors will make an alarm sound and a notification is sent to us and the security in the building. A fine of 5000 baht will be enforced if caught smoking each time someone has been smoking. If you have been detected smoking or vaping, you will be fined and asked to leave the building and Airbnb will be notified immediately. Smoke detection cameras have been installed around the rooftop swimming pool area and all around the building that detect smoke. The management will enforce a 5000 baht fine and may even call the police as this is a serious offence. If you need to smoke, there is a smoking area located behind the building on the ground floor near the motorcycle parking.
