Take a break and unwind in this small cottage by a quiet stream, in a lovely mountain village, equipped with a sauna on the outdoor terrace. The space Located 5 minutes' walk in a charming little village, "Saint Nicolas la chapelle" between Beaufortain and Aravis, close to the Mont-Blanc region, the Chalet du randonneur will be your ideal base. In summer, you can explore the many hiking or mountain biking trails. Swimming in the beautiful Flumet lake located in a green setting (5 minutes by car) or in the brand new Praz sur Arly lake (aquatic course with floating games, tree climbing, 15 minutes) In winter, athletes will ski on the vast Diamant area and its 192 km of alpine ski slopes and 123 km of cross-country ski trail, accessible in 10 min by car, or possibility to take a free shuttle, 5 min walk from the chalet in front of the grocery store that will take you to the foot of the slopes, also beautiful snowshoeing outings are to be done. Discover Megève, a famous and authentic village (20 minutes), the Aravis pass, to reach Annecy, its wonderful lake, its historic heart (1 hour). Mont Blanc, Chamonix and the Aiguille du Midi are within easy reach! In this cottage, carefully renovated in 2023, you will enjoy a living room with wood-burning stove, sitting area and fully equipped kitchen. Shower room & toilet also on the ground floor. A sauna for a little warmth and relaxation has been installed on the balcony terrace with an amazing view of nature. The miller's staircase leads to the 2 bedrooms: one has 2 twin beds of 80 x 190, the second has a double bed 160 x 200. Other things to note To access the two upstairs bedrooms, the staircase is steep, not recommended for people with limited mobility.
