‘ Cedarwood Beach House’ is located in a peaceful courtyard on a beachfront estate, this chic 2 floor property is the perfect place to unwind. Complete with New England-style architecture and palm tree-lined streets. Residents of the coveted Pentre Nicklaus hamlet have quick and easy access to the beach, the championship Pentre Nicklaus golf course, and the Millennium coastal cycling route. The ideal base for discovering the splendour of the South Wales Coast with your family or loved one. The space New modern, fully equipped kitchen including all the essentials needed to prepare and cook meals. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. Complementary refreshments are provided on arrival. Master bedroom. There is a large patio door and Juliet balcony in the master bedroom, so you can enjoy the sunrise over the nearby fields. The bathroom in the master suite is tilled to a contemporary style and features a bath and an above shower. The spacious wardrobes have mirrors and there is a 42-inch Smart TV. Second bedroom. A King-size bed or two twin beds can be made up in the second bedroom. (Making the property ideal for two couples or a family. Please specify how you would like your beds made up when making your reservation.) The second bedroom features a smart TV and its own ensuite bathroom, complete with a single-sink vanity and a separate shower. Towels and sheets are supplied. Living area. A set of sliding glass doors in the cosy, open plan living space provide access to the backyard and patio. With secured fencing making it ideal for children and pets to play safely outside. There is seating for four at the inside table, and more seats is available on request. The table converts easily into a sizable desk for use on the go. Desk/ work station. Additionally if you require a dedicated work station and comfortable chair for work please let me know prior to booking. Guest access Guests can enjoy exclusive use of the whole house.
