This newly-renovated 1940's Church Rectory is the perfect space for any large group! Located at The Abbey Salisbury, a wedding and event venue, this is a great option for wedding and bridal parties to stay on-site. The space is just minutes by foot from historic downtown Salisbury, where there is plenty of great dining and shopping. Are you just a family or friend group visiting Salisbury? No worries! If our calendar is open then we don't have any weddings booked and our space is available. The space The Rectory has two floors with 6 comfortable bedrooms and 3.5 baths, as well as a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room and deck. Located on the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room , private deck with seating and shared half bath. There is also one bedroom with a queen bed and a private full bath. Located on the second floor is the master suite with a king-sized bed and private full bath, as well as four bedrooms with queen beds and one shared full baths. What's provided in each bedroom/bathroom: • Linens | sheets, towels, robes & blankets • Clothing Hangers • Shampoo, conditioner & body wash What's provided in the kitchen: • Coffee Bar | Keurig coffee machine, ground coffee, coffee pods, assorted teas, hot cocoa, assorted sweeteners, half&half • Basic Cooking Supplies | utensils, oil, seasonings, etc. • Plates, Bowls, Glasses, Coffee Cups, Silverware, etc. • Pots & Pans • Full-size fridge & freezer • Microwave • Dishwasher • Oven • Iron & ironing board Guest access The entire house and deck are available for your use. We simply ask that you don't enter any of the additional buildings on-site unless you've received prior approval. Other things to note Pets are allowed in this rental space but only with prior approval. Please note that there is an additional fee of $25/pet. Children are allowed with prior approval. Please note that this space is not child-proofed or very child-friendly. The Rectory is only available for the use of our registered guests and you may not invite any other guests to visit you during your stay. Due to city ordinances, quiet time is enforced after 10pm.
