Hello, I’ve been doing this for many years and really enjoy meeting people from all over the world. Your spacious quiet room is excellently located, minutes to Waterloo and Southwark tube station and easy access to the City. The area is well known for its lively bars, restaurants, cafes and theatres. You will also be close to Southbank, the entertainment and commercial district of central London, next to the River Thames opposite the City of Westminster. The space You’ll be staying in my double spareroom, furnished with fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. Shared facilities include the kitchen, where you can make your tea/coffee and have breakfast. The bathroom is shared. Access into and out of the building is secure. You’ll be sharing the space with me and my room mate. We are both working professionals and open our home to those looking for a place to relax after a busy day at work or touring the city If this is your first time booking with Airbnb, please familiarize yourself with the service. If you wish to have a guest stay over, please change the booking to add the additional person.
