Sleep 12 w/ Units 2+3_4 Minute Walk to Beach

Book 2 units in the same building to sleep up to 12 people! Unit 2 (bottom left) has 1 room w/ queen bed, 1 room w/king bed, & 1 sofa bed in living room. Unit 3 (top right) has 1 room w/queen bed, 1 room w/2 twin beds, & 1 sofa bed in living room. Each unit has its own stocked kitchen! Beautiful, fenced in grounds to keep your cars safe. AC units & fans in all rooms! 4 min walk to the beautiful beach: Rio Grande Playa. 5-10 min from Rincon. 35 min from Aguadilla Airport. 2.5 hrs from San Juan The space Guests have access to the entire units, including full kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker in each unit; and will have complete privacy while inside. This is a listing for booking 2 separate units at the same time, so they will not be connected on the inside, you will have to go up and down a communal outdoor staircase to get back and forth between units. On the grounds, guests share the yard, including a swing set, covered porch with outside shower, and seating with the other 2 units in the building. You will have 2 parking space inside the gate to park 2 cars. If you bring more than 2 cars, you may need to park outside of the gate. Certain pets will be allowed with a nonrefundable $50 pet fee per pet - please inquire about approved pets before booking. Please note that there may not be hot water at all times. The water is solar-heated and on days that are very cloudy/rainy and when all 4 units are booked, which is often the case, guests are likely to run out of hot water by the end of the day. We ask guests to reserve hot water for showers, but cannot guarantee hot water at all times.
