Private bedroom in a 4 bed semi-detached house, with access to a private bathroom via a shared hallway. You will also have shared access to our kitchen facilities and garden. Please note this a non-smoking/vaping and no pets property🚭🐶 ✅ Feel free to contact if you have any questions. ✅ The space 4 bed semi-detached property on a very quiet new build estate. There is a field in front of the house so it is extremely private and provides great access to walking routes. There is parking for one car on the drive way and there is also plenty of free parking on the estate. There is access to the kitchen and dining facilities, which back onto the garden which you can also use. It’s a great sun trap and offers protection from the wind! The room itself is upstairs with a double bed, chest of drawers and a brand new Samsung frame TV. The room has access to a private bathroom via a shared hallway, that has a shower and bath. Guest access We will provide you with your own key for the duration of the stay for access to the house. You will be able to access the downstairs bathroom, kitchen, garden, your private bedroom and bathroom. We kindly request that you do not access the lounge (there is a TV in the bedroom) or other bedrooms during your stay. During your stay We are a young friendly couple who work from home in the week and we love to go exploring on weekends, so will be in and out during your stay. There are no pets at this property. We will be at the property when you arrive and can offer advice during your stay. Other than that we will be around if you need anything else. We can also offer guests lifts to Chepstow and surrounding areas for a small fee. Other things to note Coffee and tea available. Access to the fridge for milk etc and a space to store food.
