Pauline's house is peaceful, with terrace and independent entrance, 5 min from the beach, shops and the Tuesday and Saturday morning market. This maisonette consists of a dining area with kitchenette, bathroom and toilet, as well as a bedroom (double bed and storage). A dining area is present outside as well as deckchairs. You'll have the opportunity to park your car next to the accommodation. The space To get to Pauline's house, you will have to go through a passage whose entrance is on Rue du Clos. The space has been carefully prepared, thank you for respecting the premises. Bed and bath linen are not included, however these services are optional: - Cleaning fee of €60 - Linen kit: €20/pers. 30% off linens if you subscribe to both options. Even if you subscribe to the cleaning option, a few rules should be followed: - Make the house tidy - Wash, wipe and tidy dishes (dishwasher should be empty) - Degrease and clean the hob and plancha - Evacuate garbage cans and other waste Guest access You will need to go to the Caroline IMMOBILIER agency between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. at 51 rue du perthuis breton to collect the key to your rental, in case of delay call the agency before 6 p.m. Other things to note Off-season (October to April), electricity is re-invoiced €0.25/kW on actual consumption statement. We ask that you do not subscribe to internet options (premium, Netflix, video on demand), in case of non-compliance we will re-invoice the price of the subscription doubled. Parties are strictly forbidden. Only garbage should be discarded in garbage cans and taken out to pick up twice a week. Other waste (glasses, preserves, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be deposited in the selective sorting containers of the municipality. We'll email the details to you.
