Mississippi is a fishing cove, separated from Mehuín by the Lingue River and joined by the bridge of the same name. There are several tourist attractions in the area: Humboldt penguin sightings; navigation through wetlands and earthquake vestiges in 1960; surfing, trekking, kayaking, fishing, among others.
