Total 6 beds in 3 bedrooms, 2 wc. 1 Bedroom equipped with 2 Single beds with mattresses and 1 cabin with a bunk bed. Air conditioning The large bedroom is air-conditioned with 160 bed, comfortable, quiet mattress, large windows with terrace overlooking the port. The marina is very comfortable with thoughtful decor. The West exposure is perfect. The terrace is partly shaded to enjoy the freshness or lie on the deckchairs on the sunny part all afternoon. Direct access to the pontoon. The terrace is closed by a barrier for child safety. Fully equipped kitchen: gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, hood, fridge, toaster, espresso machine... Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, washing machine. A €25 linen pack for the double bed and €17.50 per single bed. It includes beds made upon arrival, 1 shower sheet per person, 1 bath mat and 2 tea towels. To make your stay easier, I also offer a cleaning fee of €90. Other things to note You will be greeted by our concierge who will give you the keys and pick them up on the day of departure . A presentation of the accommodation and explanation of how the equipment and accessories work is made upon arrival. Check and verify the property upon check out of amenities and accessories. A cleaning deposit of €100 will be required upon arrival and kept if cleaning and storage are not respected and properly carried out. You can take the cleaning option to pay directly with the concierge €90. In case of loss of keys, remote controls we will charge you €50 per key/ remote lost . Our partner will welcome you between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out will be between 7am and 11am. A few days before your arrival you will receive your travel documents with information about your reservation including the phone number of the Conciergerie in charge of the key exchange.
