Downtown-near apartment with garden!

The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is a private terrace with exit directly from the living room. Here there is a large seating area and a gas grill that can be used freely. Out in the garden you will find a nice fire pit with seating around. For the children, there is a large trampoline with safety nets, swing set and outdoor toys at your disposal during your stay. Feel free to send a message if there is a need for earlier check-in/ later check-out. The space In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Please note that the loft bed in one bedroom has a maximum load of 110 kg! Other things to note There are permanent tenants on the 1st floor and you share the entrance door to the house and courtyard with them. There is room for 2-3 cars on my part of the courtyard.
