A relaxed seaside retreat right on Cleveleys promenade, with the beach on your doorstep (yes, the same stretch used for filming Star Wars: Andor). Perfect for couples, families and laid groups for occasions :) The Sea Swallow is a spacious cottage feel townhouse with sea views, a private hot tub, and a fun social layout designed for easy, coastal living. Inside, you’ll find a welcoming entrance hall for sandy shoes and winter coats, a ground-floor living/sleeping space ideal for guests with limited mobility, and a private bar area that opens out onto the garden. Outside, the hot tub is ready and waiting perfect after a bracing beach walk or sunset drink. Upstairs, the heart of the house is the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining space, with sliding doors and a Juliet balcony framing sea views. It’s a lovely spot for slow breakfasts, board games, or watching the weather roll in. The top floor has three comfortable bedrooms and a shower room, offering space for everyone to spread out and unwind. Back door gate remains locked for security. Enjoy your stay! Other things to note Frequently Asked Questions.. • Towels: We provide 2 towels per guest, including hand towels, medium towels, hot tub towels, kitchen towels, and additional hand towels for the bathrooms. • Early Check-in: Usually, early check-in is not possible as our dedicated housekeeping team is preparing the home. However, you can park early and explore the town or enjoy a walk on the beach. • Late Check-out: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-outs due to our housekeeping team's schedule. Feel free to enjoy breakfast in town you are welcome to leave cars at the home. • Extra Key: We provide a single key and a lockbox outside the property, ensuring a secure and accessible option if you need to leave the premises. • Key Collection: The keys are located in the lockbox, and we'll provide you with the code closer to the check-in time. * One night stays? our policy is a 2 night minimum stay. • Travel Cot: Yes, we have one cot available for guest use, along with other baby accessories like a bath and high chair. • Parking: You can park up to 3 cars in the driveway. For additional parking, you can find spaces around the corner on Beach Road, just a short walk away. Please avoid parking on neighboring properties or driveways. • Hot Tub Privacy: The hot tub is for your exclusive use during your booking. While neighboring properties may have some visibility into the garden, we have included curtains for additional privacy. • House Privilege: The entire house is exclusively yours during your stay. No sharing with other guests! • Condiments and Utensils: We provide basic condiments, salt, pepper, oil, and a variety of sauces and spices. Our kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a meal. • Visitors: For safety, security, and insurance reasons, we can only accommodate registered guests at the property. Visitors or extra guests are not permitted unless they are included in the booking. • Hen/Stag or Occasions: We sometimes welcome occasions like these, but it's important to maintain a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. No music outside or partying is allowed, as we are in a residential area with elderly neighbours and babies. Noise restrictions and maintaining a quiet environment are necessary. Please note that we prioritise bookings from groups with previous positive Airbnb reviews to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and neighbours. We kindly request that all guests respect our home and neighborhood this is crucial as its a local council enforcement. • Garden/Hot Tub Use after 10 pm: Council regulations require all outdoor activities to cease after 10 pm to ensure peace for our neighbouring residents. • Deposit and Booking: Airbnb offers two options: paying in full at the time of booking or paying 50% upfront with the remaining balance due approximately 5 days before check-in. We do not manage or receive any payments outside of the Airbnb platform until after your stay. • Direct Booking: Yes, you can find us online at The Coastal Collection for direct bookings. We are located in Thornton-Cleveleys and can offer smaller deposits and installments without the additional Airbnb fees. It's a special occasion, is there anything extra we can have at the home? Yes! We have made good contacts if you are looking to make your occasion that extra bit special! Whether it is a private chef, private yoga class, in-house spa day,massages and pamper parties, cocktail making, or even just baloons, they have you covered! Please note: Kindly ensure to take all your belongings with you upon check-out. Welcome to our Airbnb listing! We want to ensure you have a pleasant stay, so please take note of the following details: 1. Booking and Guest Policy: - All guests, whether staying overnight or visiting, must be included in the booking. This allows us to keep track of the total number of guests for safety and regulatory purposes. - Visitors are allowed upon request, but they must also be added to the booking. The house price is based on per person per night and how many guests are staying. 2. House Usage: - Our house is intended for couples, groups and family groups who are here to explore the area. We kindly request that party groups and events are not hosted on the premises. Please be mindful we do not accept last minute group bookings without previous good Airbnb reviews. 3. Noise and Hot Tub/Garden Restrictions: - Since our house is a terraced property, we kindly ask guests to keep music at a subtle volume in the evenings, respecting the tranquility of the neighborhood. - The hot tub and garden area cannot be used after 10 pm due to enforced restrictions from the council. 4. Wi-Fi Notice We provide complimentary Wi-Fi for guest use, but please note that internet access can’t always be guaranteed. As we’re not in a fibre-optic area, speeds can occasionally be slower, and service may be affected by weather or technical issues with local masts. While we do our best to maintain a stable connection, it’s outside of our control at times. If reliable high-speed internet is essential (for work, streaming, etc.), we recommend tethering to a mobile device as a backup option or we recommend you booking another property that can guarantee a good connection. 5. Toiletries: - For economical reasons and to accommodate guest preferences, we do not provide toiletries in the bathrooms. Please ensure you bring your own. The same with Milk. 6. Ground Floor Sleeping Area: - Please note that the sleeping area on the ground floor is an open plan and not a private area. 7. Updates and Changes: - We are continuously improving and maintaining our homes. Occasionally, changes may be made to the furniture, items taken out (hockey table and table football) decor, hot tubs, and facilities before we have a chance to update the listing photos. We will make every effort to professionally update the photos as soon as possible. 8.Please ensure you take all personal belongings with you on departure. Any items left behind will be kept for up to 30 days. We don’t routinely contact guests, but if you think you’ve left something, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help (postage and a small handling fee apply).
