Trendy apartment with balcony at Grünerløkka, Oslo

Beautiful apartment central in Oslo in a quiet street only a 5 min walk from hot-spot Grünerløkka. Everything from grocery stores, food and drinks of choice, and shopping in immediate vicinity, including all types of public transport (bus, tram and subway) within < 6 min walk. The apartment suits up to 3 adults and a child in travel cot, and is fully equipped with everything needed, including a private balcony with sun all day. Perfect for a business trip, a couple or a small family. The space Guests will have access to a private fully equipped kitchen and dining room, separate living room with apple-TV, bedroom and guest room/office space, and bathroom, in addition to the outside space. The bathroom has a washing machine for free use, and a working space with monitor is available in the apartment. Travel cot for children can be provided upon request. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment themselves and can enjoy the big space and balcony in peace. Other things to note Payed parking in the streets in the area around is provided by Oslo city. There are spots right outside the apartment that are mostly available, but we can not guarantee it. The availability and use of the parking spots are not connected to our apartment, and has to be managed by the guest themselves. We can not guarantee that there will be spots available and guests are responsible themselves to make sure that they follow the rules to avoid tickets. However, we will say that we have never had any trouble finding a spot available ourselves. A guide to how it works: The streets around the apartment is packed with parking spots and the use of them is based on first come, first serve. The spots are divided into different zones that determines the price and how long you are allowed to stay there at a time. The spots around the apartment is mostly in zone 2200 and 2300, which allows for respectively 2 hours and 7 days parking, so be aware of which one you choose to avoid tickets. The app used to find the zones and pay for the parking is called "Bil i Oslo" ("Car in Oslo") and is provided by Oslo Kommune. If you prefer, you can also use other apps to pay, like Easypark or similar.
