Bright 250 m2 villa and 11 m covered swimming pool open from May to September, surrounded by 1000 m2 of wooded garden, enclosed by walls for about 6 adults and 4 children. It feels like the countryside, with birdsong, the fish pond, the century-old linden tree and the rabbit enclosure. However, we are in the heart of Fontainebleau, a 5-minute walk from the market. Our family home is perfect for socializing or for isolating yourself and enjoying this magical place. The space On the ground floor: - 1 open kitchen with a farm table for 10/12 people - 1 entrance with a piano - 1 double living room with sofas, armchairs, fireplace insert and an activity table for children - 1 bedroom with separate shower room and access to the garden, double sofa bed with 160 mattress - 1 toilet Upstairs: - 1 Master Bedroom with double bed 160, double exposure, balcony and terrace, separate bathroom with bathtub - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet - 1 bedroom, 160 bed, balcony - 1 bedroom, single bed and possibility of 2nd bed (tatami 90 x 200), terrace - 1 bedroom with double bed 160, possibility to add a bed on tatami and/or a cot (available) All rooms have garden views Outside: - 1000 m2 garden with ping pong table, hammock, swing, soccer goal, bowling games, tables, chairs, 2 rabbits (hutch), 2 chickens (chicken coop), 1 land turtle - Porch with summer kitchen, farmhouse dining table for 10 people and a Weber gas barbecue - Picnic table for 4 to 6 people, parasol Between the 2 floors: - Utility room with washing machine/dryer Annex: - Indoor swimming pool of 11 m by 4 m Guest access Entire place Other things to note We live as a family in this house, so we do not allow parties that can cause damage and nighttime nuisances, which is why we prefer to rent to families. We love animals that participate in our peaceful environment and the appeal of this place. They must be fed and given water every day: 1 cat that lives in the house or outside freely, 1 land turtle in a cage, 2 rabbits in their enclosure, 2 chickens in their chicken coop. The hens must be left free all day, it is possible to let the rabbits enjoy the garden for a few hours as well. If, however, you do not wish to or cannot take care of it, someone could come by once a day to do it at the times that suit you. The pool, garden, plants and pond require a little attention as well. There are aromatic plants at your disposal to cook your dishes, in the garden: parsley; thyme, rosemary, sage, bay leaf... maybe also some berries.
