Situated on Renshaw Street it's a couple of minutes walk from the main trainline station Lime Street and no more than 10 minutes to all sights and attractions within the city centre. The space This beautiful light and bright 3 bedroom apartment situated in the heart of the city centre offers you a luxury boutique experience whilst having all the practicalities of an apartment. Upon entering the apartment you'll find the large lounge and kitchen/diner on the left. Featuring Moroccan floor style seating this apartment is the ultimate in modern living. A fully fitted and equipped kitchen means you can prepare a 3 course dinner or a light snack and refreshments. With 3 large double bedrooms this apartment can house 6 people very comfortably and has plenty of space for everyone. The end room is the luxurious shower room featuring a rainfall shower as well as a hand held shower head and luxurious Nordic toiletries. With illuminated mirrors this room is the perfect space to get ready for a day of sightseeing and shopping or a great night out in our fabulous city. Whether travelling with friends of family this apartment is the perfect place for your stay in Liverpool. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment and access will be via a code and smart locks given for the duration of your stay. Guests will also have access to the large rooftop which is shared with just a few other apartments. There is a public car park directly next to the apartment block which is £10 for 24 hours. Please note, while we have an elevator in the building, this apartment can only be accessed with climbing one last flight of stairs from the elevator. We are available via messaging, email and phone during our office hours 9am to 6pm 7 days a week outside these hours we will only be available in an emergency.
